Are all items on Hobby Bancho used?
Not all of our products are used. We deal with both new and used. To see if an item is used, check the condition option to see which condition is available. For more information on the item's condition, please check the description.
How can I be sure about the condition of the products?
We make sure to clean and inspect all of our items before listing them on our site. We try to take as many photos as we can so you can get an accurate look at the condition of the item. We will mention any items with flaws or damage in the description.
What are the chances of receiving a bootleg or fake item?
ZERO! We take the authenticity of our products very seriously.
The product I want is sold out. When will it be back in stock again?
We unfortunately cannot guarantee when an item will be back in stock. Please use the notify when restocked button so that when an item is restocked you will receive an email.
I'm looking for some particular item but I can't find any of them on your website. Can you find them for me?
If you would like us to get merchandise from a series or a specific item, we are happy to take suggestions/requests. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to get it in stock for you. Please use the contact on our site if you would like to make a request. We usually hold requests for up to 1 year, if we do get the item in stock we will send you an email.
Can I reserve an item(s)?
it is not possible to reserve items unless stated otherwise.
What shipping methods do you offer?
The only option we offer at the moment is Standard Tracked via Australia Post. All orders receive tracking.
How much is shipping?
For standard shipping, it varies by country. Please use the checkout to see shipping rates.
Do I have to pay customs charges, duties, import taxes etc?
There might be customs duty charges added when the package goes through customs in your country. We are not responsible for any duties on purchased merchandise. Please contact your local post office or customs office for further information.
How long does it take to ship my item(s)?
We ship within 1-2 business days, unless stated otherwise
Can I change my shipping method or address?
If you need to make any changes to your shipping method or address, please let us know before your item is shipped out.
